Traže kandidata koji će biti dio kompanije na sljedećoj poziciji:

  • Referent za odnose sa kupcima i upravljanje narudžbama

Uslovi koje kandidati treba da ispunjavaju su:

  • Diplomirani ekonomista (Ekonomski fakultet-240 ECTS);
  • Obavezno znanje engleskog jezika;
  • Poželjno poznavanje i drugih stranih jezika;
  • Poznavanje rada na računaru: MS Office, ostale vještine su poželjne;
  • Umijeće organiziranja, komuniciranja i planiranja;
  • Samoinicijativa.

Opis poslova:

  • Provjera faktura u pogledu ostvarene prodaje;
  • Ažuriranje informacija o kupcima (uslovi rada, adresa, naziv, itd.);
  • Praćenje podataka o inventaru u relevantnim regijama/grupama proizvoda;
  • Praćenje informacija o popustima, promocijama itd. svake grupe kupaca i ažuriranje informacija u relevantnim sistemima;
  • Priprema, raspoređivanje, unosi i kontrola cjenovnika u sistem, kontrola ugovora i komercijalnih uslova;
  • Kreiranje i održavanje politika, procedura, priručnika za obuku i izvornih materijala u Sektoru za prodaju;
  • Upravljanje svim tehničkim aspektima ključnih prodajnih sistema (CRM, ERP, online sastanci, itd.) zajedno sa IT službom;
  • Upravljanje i održavanje podataka o prodaji zajedno sa prodajnim timovima u CRM-u i drugim softverskim programima kao što je Portal za kupce;
  • Upravljanje, kontrola i osiguranje realizacije svih procesa koji se odnose na prikupljanje, obračun i konsolidaciju podataka i dokumenata, te komunikaciju sa potrebnim internim i eksternim saradnicima;
  • Pružanje podrške digitalizaciji i automatizaciji gdje je to moguće zbog smanjenja troškova;
  • Omogućavanje dostupnosti portala za kupce kroz grupe proizvoda zajedno sa timom za tehnologiju i analitiku;
  • Izvršavanje zadataka zadatih od strane pretpostavljenog blagovremeno i sa očekivanim kvalitetom;
  • Učešće u projektima koji se realizuju pod rukovodstvom Rukovodioca i Izvršnog direktora;
  • Priprema podataka za Rukovodioca i Izvršnog direktora u svrhu kreiranja dnevnih, sedmičnih i mjesečnih izvještaja, analiza i podrška u ažuriranju navedenih izvještaja;
  • Pružanje podrške Rukovodiocu i Izvršnom direktoru u poduzimanju korektivnih radnji i/ili pružanje operativnog uvida u neostvarene ciljeve u izvještajima o učinku i ključnim indikatorima učinka;
  • Blagovremeno prijavljivanje problema Rukovodiocu i Izvršnom direktoru i pružanje podrške u procesu pronalaženja rješenja kroz pregovore.

We are looking for candidate who will be part of our company for the following position:

  • Customer Relations&Order Management Responsible

Major requirements:

  • Graduated Economist (Faculty of Economics-240 ECTS);
  • Knowledge of English is obligatory;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is preferably;
  • Good command of MS Office, other computer skills would be an asset;
  • Good communication, planning and organizing skills;
  • Self-initiative.

Job description:

  • Checking invoices in respect of realized sales;
  • Keeping customer information (Working conditions, address, title, etc.) up-to-date;
  • Observing inventory data in relevant regions/product groups;
  • Tracking discount, promotion, etc. information of each customer group and updating information in relevant systems;
  • Preparation, deployment, system entries, and control of price lists, contracts, and commercial terms;
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Function’s policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related source materials;
  • Managing and administering all technical aspects of key sales systems (CRM, ERP, Online meetings, etc.) together with IT;
  • Managing and maintaining sales data through and together with sales teams in CRM and other software programs such as Customer Portal;
  • Managing, controlling, and ensuring realization of all incentive-related processes, including collection, calculation, and consolidation of data and documents, and communicating with necessary internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assisting with digitization and automation support where possible to reduce costs;
  • Assisting in making available customer portal across product groups together with Sales Operations with Technology and Analytics team;
  • Carrying out and completing tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner and with expected quality;
  • Taking part in projects carried out under the leadership of Supervisor and Manager;
  • Providing input for Supervisor and Manager to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analyses and supporting in maintaining these reports;
  • Assisting Supervisor and Manager in taking corrective actions and/or providing operational insight for unachieved goals in performance reports and key performance indicators;
  • Escalating any problem to Supervisor and Manager in a timely manner and assisting in process of finding a solution through negotiations.
