We are seeking an Environmental Expert with expedience in one or more of the following fields:
- Waste management
- Site remediation and contaminated sites management
- Sludge management
- Circular economy
- Innovative green solutions and environmental research and development
- Environmental, social, health and safety assessments
- Participation in environmental research and development
Job Responsibilities:
- Activities and resources planning and tracking for projects
- Managing reports and necessary documentation
- Creating and coordinating project documentation and outputs, to be completed on time and within budget
- Communication with stakeholders within the projects
- Support during the development of new project ideas
- If necessary, fieldwork (data collection, sampling, site investigation), in accordance with the project
Requirements:
- A Batcheler or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least three years and relevant work experience (in lieu of masters degree minimum five years work experience)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Previous working experience with any of the following or similar institutions: UNDP, GIZ, SEI, SIDA, USAID, WB, EBRD, as well as governmental organisations
- Possesses drivers licence
- Knowledge of GIS, will be considered an asset
