IJAV is a professional association of journalists with the aim of improving the journalistic profession and protecting journalists from a repressive regime and operating for thirty years in a very turbulent transitional period that Serbian society was going through. In the last four years, IJAV has been working on their organizational development and as a result adopted the new strategy and new organizational and governance structure. The expert support is now needed for development of the new Governing Board of the organization, elected by members of IJAV in the summer of 2022. Deadline to apply is 15 March 2023.
